NYSJA Annual Awards Dinner

The NYSJA Annual Awards Dinner is held each year in July in conjunction with the JA NY summer show at the Jacob K. Javits Center. Awards are presented for: Favorite Watch Sales Representative; Favorite Jewelry Sales Representative, Favorite Advertising Sales Representative and Favorite Retail Store. There is also a live band for dancing and a formal sit down dinner. The event is attended by ove 350 prominent jewelry industry professionals and has been described as “elegant and entertaining” by many guests.

Silent Auction

The Silent Auction takes place during the cocktail hour, with the proceeds going to the Educational Area Meetings and the new NYSJA Scholarship Fund. Donations of gift certificates, services, jewelry, and non-jewelry items are accepted.

Area Meetings

One of the most significant benefits of being a member of the NYSJA are the networking opportunities at the Area Meetings. The meetings are held throughout the state during the year, so that local members and their employees can attend without having to travel a great distance.

Industry related trade shows are held several times a year, throughout the United States and Europe. The NYSJA participates in two shows: The JA Summer and Winter shows at the Javits Center.
